Mr. Brown was a Cole County Circuit Court judge for nineteen years.  Prior to that, he was the Cole County Prosecuting Attorney for seven years.  He has been designated a Special Master and is experienced in Dispute Resolution, Mediation, Judicial Reviews, Contract Disputes and Administrative Law.
